Our community at Surya is made up of students who want tohave less stress, sleep better at night, and wake-up to new opportunities filled with positive experiences. Our classes can help you accomplish this and more. Our beginner classes will teach new Yogis how to align their bodies and let go of stress and anxiety in the relaxation segment offered at the end of every class. Our Candlelight Yoga on Wednesday nights is a wonderful complement to our more vigorous Yoga classes and brings balance to your life. Our Divine Yoga classes are taught with the influences of John Friend's Anusara® Yoga, guaranteed to align your mind and body.
