To be classified as an experienced Yogi, this would include a student who has some prior knowledge of Yoga and has been practicing for at least 6 months. We welcome all styles of yoga background. Our All Levels class, Balanced Hatha, and Yoga 1 would be great classes to start with to get acquainted with our style of Yoga. If you have been practicing for at least a year and are familiar with the concept, and poses in a sun salutation, then Yoga 2 and Divine Yoga would be great classes for you.
