Open to all levels, this 90 min class is based on the inspiration of Anusara Yoga principles of alignment. This class combines strong emphasis on correct posture, and balance within the body. Students are given a large variety of postures including inversions, arm balances, and backbends, always with modifications and strong guidance. Come prepared for transformation.

Open to all levels, this 60 min class is a fusion of bar-class technique, Pilates, and strong emphasis on core recruitment exercises. With the use of many props such as light weights, bands, balls, chairs, and body resistance you are guaranteed to get an awesome workout.
