Great Shape Fit Club is a multi-faceted approach that addresses five critical areas of fitness and wellness - nutrition, resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and relaxation. As busy women, it is easy to neglect one or more of these components, resulting in less than optimal results. We will help you put the pieces together to look and feel your best!

High Energy Sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 5:30-6:30am
